Hotels an der Messe is an information and comparison site. We are not a tour operator and not a travel agency, and we do not sell accommodation, flights or trips.
Contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the provider a link takes you to. That provider’s terms and prices apply. That provider is responsible for bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.
Commissions
If a booking, another transaction or a confirmed enquiry (a so-called lead) comes about through our referrals, we receive a commission from the partner concerned. Some partners pay just for the click through to them. What exactly is paid for is set by the partner’s programme. With the provider, you pay the same price through us as you would directly. Such placements are labelled as ads. In the hotel offer comparison, we only show offers from our partners; other providers, including the hotel’s own website, do not appear there. Liability for content and links
Prices, availability and details of accommodation come from third parties and can change at any time. Where a detail comes from and when it was retrieved is stated next to it. We cannot guarantee that it is accurate or available.
The operators of linked sites are responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent at the time the links were set.
Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
